Refund Policy

If you have purchased our service and are dissatisfied with the quality of work or have some queries regarding that, please reach out to us via email. We will make all possible efforts to satisfy your needs. However if you are still not satisfied and see refunds, then below guide is for you. Please note that all refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the day your refund is approved by Quality Assurance Department.

Link Building Services

If you have purchased guest post services, press releases, then you have upto 365 from the day your order was fulfilled to claim for a refund. This refund will only be applied in the case, where you were not provided the website you asked for, or the back link has been removed from the website. In all other cases, you are not eligible for a refund. The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

ORM Services

If you have purchased Quora QnA, Reddit QnA and other ORM services, then you have upto 100 days to claim for the refund. Within 100 days, if the post is originally there on the platform, we will not provide refunds. Our ORM services come with a 100 days guarantee and as such if post is removed within 100 days, we either offer you proportionate refund or replacement with another post using another account. Please note proportionate here means, suppose you pay 100 USD for a particular post and it stays live for 20 days, this means we will refund you for 80 days which means 80 USD.

Digital Marketing Services

We do not provide any refunds for search engine optimization services. When we provide you on page SEO, there is no way for us to guarantee results on that service as it completely depends on search engine.

Our Social Media Marketing service comes with a refund policy and as such, we have 150 days refund policy for the same. If a post has been removed prior to this period, we will either offer a proportionate refund or replacement just like in above clause.

Cancellation Policy

If you make payment and then ask for cancellation, we will deduct administrative charges. These charges are not fixed and as such you will have to abide by the management’s decision. Any disputes arising will be settled by our management judgement itself.
